This collar is made on 1 inch wide, heavy weight nylon. It is made with a plastic buckle, plastic slide and metal D ring. I have it made and ready to ship in 14"-20". You have your choice of pink or brown nylon as well as a pink or brown buckle.
If you need a smaller or larger size, no problem! Just make a note of the size you need as you check out and I'd be happy to get it made for you.
