This version is made on 1/2 inch wide black nylon. It is made with a plastic collar, plastic slide and metal D ring. It is adjustable and adjusts between 9"-13". If you need a smaller or larger length, that's not a problem. Just make a note of the size you need and I am happy to get it made for you. This can also be made into a cat collar.
